The Fool
New beginnings. A step into the unknown. A clean slate, a leap of faith. Intentional decisions.
These pavers were a gift from a friend, like many tarot decks. They are designed specifically to create green parking lots: load-bearing yet open, they allow native plants and grass to grow in the negative spaces while still supporting the weight of vehicles. An unbroken sheet literally paves the way, while the broken pieces resemble footprints, a first step towards something new, unknown and unknowable.
